Culinary journey
It's been an amazing and rough part I would honestly say, but at the end I give God all the glory for how far he has brought me. My journey start as a little boy watching her mother and helping out, to a young adult who was confused on the part to go, but I knew I couldn't be more happier if not in the kitchen, worked in different restaurants and cooked for different families both free jobs and paid ones just to gather both experience and finance to purse a professional course. And finally landing a sponsored course on pastry at FSD and furthering with Continental art cuisine at Reddish Chronicles
Cooking inspiration
My mom is my inspiration for cooking, grew up watching her perform magic with pastry ingredients to create something delicious and good as I would think back then. Out to passion and enthusiasm to be like her, I found myself in the kitchen always even helping to prep and even cook family food when needs occur. And the kitchen was my happy place.
Signature dish
My signature is basically out of curiosity what might have caused the Israelite to be crying for food even when God has brought them out to the land of Egypt. That's why I call it 11/05
Why I want to participate
I find meaning in building my De'Garden Service. Where I want to serve people through good food. Participating in this competition and winning it will bring me more closer to achieving my visions and give me the support, partnership and collaboration to become a better brand and person in the preliminary ecosystem
