Culinary journey
My culinary journey began with a genuine passion for cooking and a desire to create meals that bring people together. What started as an interest in preparing delicious homemade dishes has grown into a commitment to becoming a skilled and professional chef.
To build my skills, I enrolled in culinary school, where I gained hands-on training in food preparation, cooking techniques, food safety, and presentation. After successfully completing my training, I earned my culinary certification, marking an important milestone in my journey.
Today, I am the founder of Gloré Cucina, a brand that reflects my love for elegant, homemade African and global cuisine. Through my content, I share simple recipes, cooking videos, and creative meal ideas while continuing to develop my craft.
My vision extends beyond cooking. I am working towards building Gloré Cucina into a trusted food brand, offering quality meals, catering services, fresh fruit drinks, and yoghurt, with the goal of creating memorable dining experiences for every customer.
For me, cooking is more than preparing food it’s an opportunity to express creativity, share love through every meal, and continuously grow as a chef and entrepreneur.

Signature dish
My signature dish is Coconut Jollof Rice,this is one dish I love so much, it’s a flavorful twist on a beloved classic. It’s prepared with rich coconut milk, carefully selected spices, and fresh ingredients that create a delicious balance of smoky, savory, and slightly creamy flavors.
Why I want to participate
I want to participate to share my passion for cooking, showcase my signature flavors, and connect with others who appreciate creative, high quality cuisine. It is an opportunity to grow as a chef and represent Gloré Cucina on a larger platform.
