Instead of working as a residential chef then after that works in the hotel a saline cook then went back to school and currently working as a sou chef in a restaurant

I started cooking because whenever I cook people around me always love it so I said to myself why not do what I see people love me do and I'm good at
Signature dish
My signature dishes spaghetti that I made at the time when I served it and I said that people loved it and I've even asked someone to do it and give the recipe and the person couldn't get it right so I see that I'm the only one that makes the food exactly the way I love it
Why I want to participate
I want to participate because I love cooking and I want to show the world but I can do in the kitchen and to also be an encouragement to upcoming chef
