From working as kitchen assistant just to be in the space of what I love to growing and becoming more and now, worked as Commis Chef and Line Cook
It hasn’t been very smooth, there are days I doubted my passion and strength, and days I almost remove my apron and give up but I didn’t, every meal has taught me patience, Love, strength and why I am still doing this.

Using Yam (Water) to prepare a very delicious porridge that reminds you so much for home and home home
It’s a meal that reminds me so much of my family, at a particular season in my family it was literally prepared every Sunday where everybody is gathered and we eat and talk about our day went.
