Culinary journey
My culinary journey has been largely self-taught. I developed my passion for cooking through experimenting with different recipes, learning from other cooks, and constantly practicing and improving my skills. Over time, cooking grew from something I enjoyed into a business, and I started creating food content and sharing my recipes with a wider audience. Today, I’m a food entrepreneur and content creator, and I’m still constantly learning, experimenting, and developing my craft.
Cooking inspiration
I inspired my cooking because I love food sooo much and I also love making it. I love when people taste my food and it brings them to tears. They get to feel the feeling of a homemade dish. I also love creating new recipes and see how they turn out
Signature dish
My signature dish is Asun rice, a dish that brings together my love for bold Nigerian flavors, smoky grilled goat meat, and beautifully seasoned rice. I love how the dish combines heat, smokiness, and rich savory flavors in one plate. It represents the kind of food I enjoy creating—comforting, flavorful, distinctly Nigerian, but with my own creative touch.
Why I want to participate
I want to participate because I really want to show the whole world or Nigeria I’m a great cook.
What winning would mean
Winning to me is like achieving a long time goal in showcasing my talent to the whole world.
