- Business challenge
- One of the challenges I face is gaining the right exposure and opportunities to grow beyond content creation and establish myself in the culinary industry. I believe Eko Flavours would give me the platform, mentorship and experience to challenge myself, refine my skills, and connect with people who can help take my culinary journey to the next level
Culinary journey
My culinary journey has been driven by my passion for creativity, Nigerian cuisine, and modern cooking techniques. Through culinary training and hands-on experience, I’ve developed my skills while exploring Afrofusion and sustainable cooking. As a food content creator, I also use food to inspire and connect with others.
Cooking inspiration
I cook for the reactions and the satisfaction. For the full bellies and the around my table. My people inspire me because loving my food is how they love me back
Signature dish
My signature dish is a modern take on Creamy Egusi, paired with delicately seared fish and Nigerian-inspired elements. It combines familiar local flavors with contemporary techniques and elegant presentation
Why I want to participate
I want to participate because I want to challenge myself. To show myself that I can do anything I set my mind to. That I can make an impact to the culinary world and also make sure that Nigerian Cusine gets a seat at the world map
What winning would mean
Winning to me would mean everything. It would mean that all those Dinners and all those “I would love to eat this again” moments meant something. That it would give me the platform to feed more people, tell more stories, turn the joy I get from my table into many more tables
