Business challenge
To maximize the impact of my food therapy movement, I need broader visibility, authoritative endorsement, and advanced professional training.
While I currently practice as a private chef and diet consultant, my vision requires deep trust from the public. EKO Flavours provides the platform and endorsement needed to reach households at scale. Furthermore, participating in this program will help me bridge the gap toward my goal of receiving advanced culinary education at world class institutions, such as Red Dish Chronicles or Le Cordon Bleu. This will allow me to refine my technical skills and deliver this natural, zero waste food movement at the absolute highest standard.

Culinary journey

My culinary journey began officially at 15, inspired by watching my mother cook throughout my childhood. Cooking became my passion when I saw how a good meal brought people together, bringing pure joy to our family and neighbors during festive seasons. Food is my quiet way of expressing love, honoring my roots, and creating community.

Cooking inspiration

My foundation comes from my late mother, whose memory initially sparked my passion. Today, my inspiration is deeply grounded in my faith. I believe food is a divine gift meant to be prepared mindfully to nourish and restore humanity. Grief taught me the emotional weight of a shared meal, while faith gives my craft its daily purpose.

Signature dish

My signature dish is rich vegetable soup served with tender goat meat and poundo yam. What makes it truly unique is my signature technique: I cook entirely without artificial seasoning cubes, relying instead on the art of blending whole herbs, local spices, and natural infusions. I draw deep, complex flavors directly out of unadulterated natural ingredients and whole vegetable reductions.

Why I want to participate

I want to participate because I need to share my culinary discoveries with the world, especially at a time when food related diseases affect so many lives. By God grace, I have mastered a system of cooking that restores hope and promotes wellness by using pure herbs instead of artificial additives. Combining this health focused philosophy with the theme Nothing Wasted makes this platform the perfect place to demonstrate how mindful cooking can nourish humanity.

What winning would mean

Winning would grant me the professional exposure and platform needed to scale my impact. It would empower me to host certified training sessions on clean, waste free cooking and launch interactive meet and taste workshops to retrain taste buds toward natural health. Most importantly, winning gives me a voice to advocate for food therapy, helping me save someone else mother through culinary awareness in a way I could not save my own.
