My culinary journey started from when I was a child, seeing my mom and grandma cooking made me fall in love and made kitchen my safe place, where I express myself happy or unhappy and tell it on my plate, feeding hundreds of customers, owning a mini restaurant that’s cook variety of dishes most especially rice in different dimensions (we don’t acknowledge boring rice), catering for all kinds of events and still looking at doing more in the Nigeria culinary space
Cooking inspiration
I got inspires by what I feel, see and appreciate. The Nigeria culinary space, playing with flavor and colors. Some of our biggest chefs in this culinary space as made it so easy to see cooking as fun and appreciate our local ingredients and made it extraordinary
Signature dish
Hmmm my signature dish is playing with rice and pasta, playing with flavors, colors, local ingredients and proteins infusing it to extra richness and luxury set.
Why I want to participate
I’m not coming just to compete or participate alone, I’m coming to learn, to create, to represent Nigerian cuisine, and to prove that with passion, creativity and consistency, a chef that never attend a culinary school can stand proudly on any culinary stage. I am ready
