Culinary journey
My culinary journey begin with me just wanting to help my cousin with her event job in the kitchen after my tertiary education, this birthed a desire to want to make people see food as important part of their health. Healthy meal is an integral part of the human’s life so I saw some lapses to how most food handlers just treat food with lackadaisical mindset so it ignited a part of me that I never knew was there. Thereafter I started training myself, then went for a street food competition which show me some of my lapses and that lead me to HBS where I began my journey as a culinary student in order to do things appropriately and efficiently. Food is a art and the art of food must be spelt out appropriately.
Cooking inspiration
My background as part of the few ethnic groups that is not sounded amidst the heroes of this country, so if my people act of heroism can be sounded through food it is a plus for me and my people
Signature dish
Small chops, as simple as this look, it can be complicated if not treated with love at heart during preparation & also our butterfly jumbo prawn, a delicate meal that requires an appropriate cooking time so you don’t over cook it
