Business challenge
Eko Flavour could help me overcome the challenges of being a young and growing chef by giving me an opportunity to learn, gain experience, and build confidence in my abilities. As someone still developing my culinary skills, I sometimes face the challenge of limited exposure and opportunities to showcase what I can do.

Participating would push me out of my comfort zone, challenge me creatively, and allow me to learn from experienced chefs and other talented participants. I believe the experience would help me grow not only as a chef but also as a more confident and determined person, bringing me closer to my dream of becoming a Chef de Cuisine.

Culinary journey

My culinary journey started with my passion for food and my desire to learn how to create amazing dishes. Over time, I realized that cooking is more than just preparing food—it is a way to express creativity, bring people together, and create memorable experiences.

I am currently developing my skills in culinary school, where I am learning different cooking techniques, food preparation, kitchen practices, and the importance of discipline and creativity as a chef. My goal is to continue growing, gaining experience, and eventually become a skilled Chef de Cuisine.

I see opportunities like Eko Flavour as a chance to learn, challenge myself, showcase my passion, and take another important step in my culinary journey. I am still growing as a chef, but I am passionate, eager to learn, and ready to explore the many possibilities the culinary world has to offer.

Cooking inspiration

What inspires my cooking is the opportunity to be creative and turn simple ingredients into something memorable. I am inspired by different flavours, cultures, and the way food brings people together. I also enjoy learning new techniques and challenging myself to improve with every dish I create. My passion for becoming a skilled chef motivates me to keep growing, experimenting, and expressing myself through food.

Signature dish

My signature dish is Stir-Fry Spaghetti, a dish I enjoy because it allows me to combine simple ingredients, bold flavours, and creativity. I prepare the spaghetti with a colourful mix of fresh vegetables, proteins, and carefully selected seasonings, bringing everything together in a flavourful and satisfying dish.

What makes this dish special to me is its versatility. I can experiment with different ingredients and flavours while still creating something delicious and visually appealing. Stir-Fry Spaghetti represents my love for creativity in the kitchen and my passion for turning everyday ingredients into something memorable.

Why I want to participate

I want to participate because I see this as a great opportunity to challenge myself, learn from experienced chefs, and gain more exposure in the culinary industry. As someone who is still growing and developing my skills, I believe this experience will help me become more confident, creative, and knowledgeable in the kitchen.

I am also excited to showcase my passion for cooking, meet other people who share the same love for food, and learn from the experience. Participating in Eko Flavour would be an important step in my culinary journey and bring me closer to my goal of becoming a skilled Chef de Cuisine.

What winning would mean

Winning would mean a lot to me because it would be a recognition of my passion, hard work, and growth in my culinary journey. As someone who is still learning and developing my skills, winning would give me more confidence and motivate me to continue improving myself.

It would also be an important step towards my dream of becoming a skilled Chef de Cuisine. More than just the prize, winning would represent an opportunity for growth, exposure, and a chance to prove to myself that with passion, dedication, and hard work, I can achieve my goals.
