Culinary journey
I actually grew up with chefs and i have always wanted to be one and I made it through when I got my first job at a restaurant in Delta state, that was 2018 i started as an intern but I surprised my boss by quickly learning every recipe without much effort then I was latter promoted to a commis chef and by 2021 I got a job here in Lagos at protea kuramo water by Marriott, I worked there for four years and latter move to ibis hotel by accor in 2024 where I am currently
Cooking inspiration
My uncle who was a chef at that time was working at Chevron and he actually cooks better than my aunt's and I also loved his knife skills and the way he flips pans while making an omelette it was a very nice experience
Signature dish
I love preparing Nigerian smokey jollof rice and it a food that I can cook at any given time
Why I want to participate
I would like to check out my cooking skills with other to better understand cooking
What winning would mean
It will mean I have actually been making in all my years of cooking and that all my sacrifices was not in vein
