I started as Baker in 2014.i grew up as a Caterer's daughter. I later became a caterer myself. I got certified as a Chef in the first quarter of 2026.
I've run my home based food delivery and catering business for more than 11 years.

Signature dish
Herb infused smoked fish pasta.
It is an Afro fusion dish. It marries the basics of an Italian pasta dish and nigerian native pasta. In this dish Flavour is built from ingredients like thyme, Rosemary, garlic, bay leaves, crayfish and smoked fish
