Culinary journey
My culinary journey started when I was in my mid teens; when I started cooking for my older siblings. I realized how much I enjoyed feeding people and them being happy from eating my food.
I then went to university and became the house cook for all my house mates. I then started selling food out of my house to my course mates. Everyone started calling me a chef. Lol
After graduating, I then went to culinary school for a six month program where I improved my skills and knowledge.
I worked as a chef for a private dining space for a little while before starting my current job where I work as a culinary consultant; providing solutions to people and businesses across the food value chain.

Making people happy from my flavours and creativity.

Signature dish
My dish is a braised goat meat, pomme puree, sweet and sour chickpea salad and goat jus.
I always cook this dish anytime I can for guests, family and friends.
It's easy to make, affordable and best of all, simply delish!!
Why I want to participate
I would like to overcome the fear I've always had to do something like this before and take that bold next step.
The recognition of my skill set is also a driving factor.
What winning would mean
It would mean that I've gotten to a level in my career, I had only dreamed of years ago as a kid.
It would mean the world to me.
