The Eko Flavours brand, conceptualized by Culinara Group with suppport from the Lagos State Ministry
of Agriculture & Food Systems, launched its maiden edition in 2024 with the aim of discovering and celebrating Lagos’ culinary talents.
This groundbreaking competition engaged Lagosians through a multi-channel marketing campaign, experiential activities, and community driven initiatives, culminating in an unforgettable grand finale

We’re proud to announce the launch of Eko Flavours Junior, a brand-new edition of our culinary competition tailored specifically for secondary schools in Lagos. This initiative marks a bold step in our mission to discover, inspire, and develop the next generation of Nigerian culinary talent.

Eko Flavours Junior is the school-based edition of the Eko Flavours competition, created to discover and nurture culinary talent among secondary school students across Lagos. It offers a unique platform for young minds to explore the art of cooking, showcase their creativity, and develop real-world food skills within a fun, structured, and educational environment.
Eko Flavours Junior immerses students in exciting cook-offs, and mentorship sessions led by seasoned chefs and nutritionists. Each stage is designed to build confidence, encourage innovation, and promote awareness of Nigerian food heritage in a format tailored to the energy and curiosity of teenage participants.
