Business challenge
The challenge would help me overcome the struggles of building confidence and exposure in the culinary industry. It will also help me in growing my food brand and reaching more customers.

Culinary journey

My culinary has been shaped by my love for Nigeria cuisine.
It has helped me to not just learn about the different cooking techniques, but also helped me in knowing how to build flavours, creativity and food pairings.

Cooking inspiration

The way I see people happy whenever they are eating the meals I prepare is what inspired my cooking.

Signature dish

My signature dish is Party Smokey Jollof Rice; a dish that is deeply loved and enjoyed by so many Nigerians.
I chose it as my signature dish because of its rich flavours, vibrant color, enticing aroma, and most importantly, that authentic Smokey taste that makes party jollof so special.

What makes my party Smokey jollof unique is the way I carefully build the flavours from the beginning.

Why I want to participate

I want a platform to show what I can do in the kitchen and also learn and unlearn if need be.

What winning would mean

Asides the prize that will come with the winning, it would be a recognition of my hard work, creativity, passion, and growth as a chef.
